EWI ProFlow is a mobile-first job management platform built specifically for External Wall Insulation contractors in the UK. We're not a generic construction app that was retrofitted — every feature was designed around how EWI businesses actually work.
Why we built this
Running an EWI business means juggling surveys, quotes, crews, timesheets, invoices, TrustMark warranties, and compliance paperwork — all at once, often from a van or a site office. The tools that existed were either too generic, too expensive, or required a full-time admin to operate.
EWI ProFlow was created to fix that. A single app that handles the full job lifecycle — from the first site survey to the final invoice — so EWI business owners can spend less time on admin and more time growing their companies.

PAS 2035 and TrustMark-aware workflows. Generate warranty documentation and compliance records from job data.
