1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using EWI ProFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use EWI ProFlow. By using the service, you confirm that you are 18 or over and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of England and Wales. EWI ProFlow is a professional trade tool intended for businesses and sole traders operating in the construction sector.
3. Description of Service
EWI ProFlow is a job management application designed for External Wall Insulation installers. The service includes mobile applications (iOS and Android), a website, and associated backend services including weather data, compliance checklists, and document generation.
4. Subscription Plans
EWI ProFlow offers three subscription tiers: Solo, Team, and Pro. All plans include full access to all features. Plans differ in branding options and team size limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Solo: 1 user, £29/month
- Team: Up to 8 users, £69/month
- Pro: Unlimited users, £129/month
- Additional users beyond plan limits: £12/user/month
Subscription pricing is set and managed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be made directly to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refund requests for Google Play purchases must be made directly to Google through the Play Store. We do not control the App Store or Google Play refund processes and cannot issue refunds on their behalf.
5. Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to continue using the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trials at any time.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months, except as required by applicable law or App Store / Google Play refund policies.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the app settings, or by emailing help@ewiproflow.com. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Before deleting your account:
- Cancel your active subscription through the App Store or Google Play to avoid future charges
- Export any data you wish to retain — we cannot recover data after deletion
Upon deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days. Financial records (invoices, payment records) required for UK tax compliance may be retained for up to 7 years per HMRC requirements.
8. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into EWI ProFlow, including job records, client information, photos, and documents. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time through the app.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Share your account credentials with unauthorised users outside your plan's seat allocation
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
- Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of our systems
- Use the service to store or transmit data you do not have the right to process
10. Limitation of Liability
EWI ProFlow is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Disclaimers
EWI ProFlow is an administrative and organisational tool designed to help EWI businesses manage jobs, documents, and compliance workflows. It does not replace the judgment of qualified tradespeople, Retrofit Coordinators, or other professionals, and must not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice.
Weather render condition warnings are provided as guidance only, based on third-party forecast data. EWI ProFlow makes no guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of weather data. You must always verify on-site conditions before commencing or continuing render work. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or defect arising from decisions made based on weather alerts or forecasts provided by the app.
PAS 2035 and ECO4 compliance features are provided as workflow aids only. Completion of in-app checklists does not constitute formal certification or guarantee compliance with PAS 2035, ECO4, or any other regulatory framework. It remains your responsibility to ensure all work meets applicable standards and is signed off by the appropriate qualified person (e.g., a registered Retrofit Coordinator).
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
